A Letter from Dara
I'm excited to share new announcements and what I've been up to for the last four months. I hope you've been doing well. I know it was a crazy, and I mean crazy, summer season for so many. I was not exempt, but what I love is that we make the most of our challenges, seek out the opportunities embedded within them, and extract the gold. Below is a snapshot of some of that gold from my world!
Where I've been
As far as rabbit holes go, I have a whole underground city at this point. Four months of intensive study took me much deeper into how skin regenerates, the sequence of that process, and what it actually takes to support transformational results without toxins, fillers, or surgery.
It was also a beautiful time of connecting the studio to remarkable regenerative providers and practices, locally and globally. I attended multiple conferences on regenerative science, medicine, and skincare, and had the chance to meet highly respected doctors, scientists, and industry leaders who are shaping what we'll experience in the years ahead. Why not go straight to the source, right? I also found myself alongside a number of celebrity estheticians, all of us there for the same reason: to stay current with the best information available and bring it back to the clients we care about most.
The goal remains the same: stay at the forefront of regenerative science and skincare, align with others who may have solutions specific to you, and bring you the highest quality skincare that delivers more than compliments. What we want is real value for the investment. Aesthetic results may be the motivator, but the real power behind skin integrity and improved health over time is alignment with natural function. We were born to do this!
Because of the advancements this summer, the studio can now offer the regenerative "big guns" in individual treatments and strategic revision programs, while staying true to the core philosophy: when the skin is brought to its highest level of function, its ability to rebuild and transform is far greater than most people realize. Everything here is centered on high-impact natural regeneration. If I'm going to invest in my health or my skin, I want visible results and the confidence that my skin quality and overall wellness are improving with time. A dual benefit is the minimum standard. DARA Skin Revision + Aura Wellness & Aesthetics
I'm so happy to tell you that the studio is now aligned with Aura Wellness & Aesthetics, led by Amanda Curtis, FNP-BC, CANS. I had been looking for a provider who shares my commitment to safety, education, and natural results, and who could help open the door to more regenerative tools for the clients I serve.
Amanda is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and a U.S. Air Force veteran. Seven years of active-duty service came first, followed by specialized work in orthotrauma and facial plastic surgery. In 2026 she earned her Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist credential, and today she leads Aura with a commitment to patient safety, education, and natural results. That depth, along with her commitment to elite holistic wellness, makes her a fantastic addition to this brain trust I'm building.
Here is what that opens up for the studio. Regenerative revision programs can now include microneedling, performed by me under Amanda's medical direction and layered with skin boosters and home care that work with the skin's own repair signals. It also means skin and body can be considered together. Aura's offerings extend to whole-body wellness, including blood markers, gut health, hormone health, and peptide therapies, for clients who want to look beneath the surface too. And when a goal reaches past what I do in the studio, I know exactly who to point you to.
If you want to take your overall vitality further, there is a path, and you won't have to navigate the immense world of regenerative science alone. Curating the best of regenerative science and skincare in one place has been the evolution of this practice, and this is the next chapter.
Regenerative Microneedling
I completed advanced training with SkinPen, widely regarded as the industry gold standard, which builds on my existing background in scar camouflage and experience using needling techniques on skin and scars. The addition of SkinPen allows for more precise, controlled application within a regenerative framework, as well as the ability to deliver consistent, medical-grade results that support deeper tissue remodeling when the skin is properly prepared.
Microneedling is now part of revision protocols, for clients whose skin is ready for a deeper level of tissue regeneration. Paired with clinically esteemed skin boosters recognized for their quality and performance among the best available today, and home care that precisely signals the skin and engages its biological process, we can layer multiple modalities.
Microneedling is not only for pigment, scars, or aging. In my work, one of its most important overall benefits is a stronger skin barrier. The quality and strength of that barrier determines how everything underneath functions.

NeurotriS has arrived!
If you know, you know just how long I've wanted this machine! Finally, I have it!! What it does for non-surgical lift and skin rejuvenation is nothing short of incredible.
NeurotriS uses dynamic microcurrent to work on your skin and the structure beneath it: the muscles that shape your face (or body) and the way that structure supports everything above it. Skin doesn't age in isolation. Contour, definition, and the way your face holds itself all change together.
Water, oxygen, amino acids, proteins, lipids, minerals, and enzymes are what skin is built from and runs on. NeurotriS supports lift, firmness, and the skin's ability to bounce back. If DMK Enzyme Therapy and signal specific skincare is yoga or pilates, NeurotriS is weight lifting.

Alastin Skincare
I'm equally thrilled to announce that I now offer the Alastin Skincare line. I chose it for what it does. Its approach centers on clearing skin dysfunction and supporting the skin's communication pathways and regenerative capacity, which is the same ground DMK Enzyme Therapy & Skincare works, and that is why both are lines in the studio now. For anyone interested in an intensive revision program for aging, pigment, scars, or general skin quality, Alastin's Tri-Hex technology is a powerful addition.
New Tools
The new brands
The studio's toolkit has grown. Silagen, Toskani, CO₂ Lift Pro and Xtressé are now part of what I work with, alongside DMK and Alastin.
Access to these gives me a greater ability to work scars and skin toward results, with more ways to meet what a skin needs at the point it is ready for it. I am excited about all the regenerative possibilities.
Memberships for existing clients
Memberships are in formation, and they will be offered by invitation to existing clients who want to stay consistent with their DMK Enzyme Therapy. Membership will offer reduced treatment pricing and a discount on home care.
You'll also be the first invited to try new formulations, treatments, and therapies as they become available. You are the heart of my mission, and I want you to know how important you are to me. Please bring it up at your next appointment and let's see if a membership fits with your goals.

The year ahead feels full of possibility. With NeurotriS now in the studio, Regenerative Microneedling available for prepared skin, the partnership with Aura Wellness & Aesthetics, and Alastin and other high level treatments joining the studio, we have more precise ways than ever to support high-impact natural regeneration. The foundation remains the same: bring the skin to its highest level of function so it can rebuild and transform more effectively.
