Why this work started with me.
Dara Dealy
DARA Skin Revision is built on a deep passion for the art and science of restoration: body, soul, and spirit. My medium is the skin.
My work began in scar camouflage tattooing, until I realized most scars needed healthier tissue before any pigment could be safely placed. That insight redirected everything. I shifted toward rebuilding skin and scar tissue through proper sequence and signaling, working with the body’s natural regenerative intelligence rather than against it.
What I did not expect was how far the same principles reached. The processes a scar responds to, restored circulation, cleared congestion, signal reaching the cell, turned out to be the same processes aging skin responds to. Scar tissue is skin that has lost function in a way you can see. Aging skin is skin losing it quietly. Once I understood that, the line between scar revision and skin longevity stopped existing for me.
My interest extends beyond the surface. I’m fascinated by regenerative medicine and the rapid evolution of longevity science, biohacking, and new technologies. Too many people close doors on themselves by chasing quick fixes that limit future options. My role is to keep those doors open, guiding each client through what’s proven, restoring function first.
Radiance, longevity and true skin health are not separate goals.
